Mediocre Technology Please

It's not often that people wish for technology to be simply mediocre...however, I am making that wish right now. My appointment for my foot is at 10:30 tomorrow morning! I find out if I am released for Regionals or not. They will take an x-ray and I hope it goes no further than that. I think I am healed, or at least healed enough to play. My wonderful friend Natalie is upset and thinks this is a bad idea, but I think it's a great idea! This isnt me trying to be a hero, or say my team NEEDS me. I think I can help my team, and I want my last games with my friends. I am ready for it! So, I am praying that this x-ray is a mediocre machine and shows that everything is perfectly fine! If so, I will be released to play.

There are a couple problems:
1-the x-rays are usually pretty good.
2-my doctor doesn't trust that I've followed his rules
3-last time I saw my doctor I basially told him he was an idiot and he sucked.
My solutions
1-pray that I am really healed, or that the x-ray says I am at least
2-Actually use my crutches and tell my doctor I've listened to him completely about everything
3-take him some chocolates and maybe take out some money to bribe him

My fate of my soccer career for this year lies in the hands of technology and a man who I think is a horrible doctor and has no idea what he's doing. And not to mention, he hates me....ah! Oh technology, please be mediocre tomorrow!
