Shhhhh......!

So, it's secret time! Not really, but good news, and we'll just see how it's handled. So the girls won tonight! We are playing IWU on Saturday! Not only that, we are guaranteed to go to regionals no matter how we do in the game. Of course I want us to win though! So...I made the decision that I'm ready to play again. Yes, my doctor wants me to have three more weeks off, but I think that is totally not needed. SOOOO.....I went and ran tonight to test out the foot. I ran 1/2 mile and it didn't hurt one bit! Woohoo!! How excited am I?! I can't even express it! So, I've sent an e-mail to give coach a heads up, and let him cool down if necessary before I go in and talk to him tomorrow. I'm hoping for good things, and hopefully we can get me into the doctor and get me released to play in Regionals a week from this coming Saturday! So...I'll keep you posted on the meeting with coach that I will have tomorrow. I'll be crossing my fingers that he isn't totally and completely pissed!
